Patagonia's Nano Puff® Jacket is designed to offer warmth, wind resistance and water repellency in a lightweight, packable design. The padding consists of 60 grams of PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation Eco, made from 100% post-consumer recycled polyester, which guarantees an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio and maintains its insulating properties even in humid conditions. The outer fabric and lining are both 100% recycled polyester ripstop, with a PFC-free DWR (durable water repellent) finish, offering durability and protection from the elements.

The jacket's design features brick quilting with horizontal lines on the side panels, which stabilizes the padding and uses durable threads to increase abrasion resistance. The central front zipper features an internal storm flap and a chin-level zipper garage, ensuring next-to-skin comfort. There are two zippered handwarmer pockets and an internal chest pocket that doubles as a compression stuff sack, complete with a reinforced loop for attaching to a carabiner, making the jacket easily stowable and transportable during outdoor activities.

The adjustable drawcord bottom hem helps retain heat, while the Fair Trade Certified™ construction ensures workers involved in production benefit from fair working conditions.
