The padding uses 60 grams of PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation Eco, composed of 55% post-consumer recycled materials, ensuring effective heat retention even in humid conditions. The outer structure is made of 100% recycled polyester ripstop fabric, with a DWR (durable water repellent) finish to resist wind and water.
The vest's design includes two zippered handwarmer pockets and an internal chest pocket that doubles as a compression stuff sack, complete with a reinforced loop for attaching to a carabiner. This allows you to easily store the vest in your backpack or attach it to your gear while hiking. The brick-quilted stitching not only adds an aesthetic touch, but also stabilizes the filling, preventing shifting and ensuring even heat distribution.
